At Red Effect, we level up your workout with full spectrum infrared during your workout or unwind with a blissful 40-minute sauna session in a private sauna only room.

What makes RE24 different from other gyms?

The list is long! Let's start with 24/7 classes & access, workouts inside a full spectrum infrared sauna rather than a heated room, virtual instructors coaching each class on a smart tv inside the sauna, multiple fitness concepts, access to the functional training room for "open gym" and more!

Did you say fitness inside a sauna?

Yes! RE24 classes are held inside a full spectrum sauna. The studio will offer a few sauna sizes to choose from. You can get a solo workout in a 6' x 6' sauna or train with a friend in an 8' x 8' sauna or a 12'x12' sauna.

Can I workout between classes?

Yes! We offer a functional training room with treadmills, stairmasters, free weights, synergy machines, and more. This room is an "open gym" concept. Come and workout how you want.

What class concepts do you offer?

Cycling, yoga, rowing, strength training, stretching, meditation and more.

How does the 24/7 access work?

Workout anytime of the day or night. You receive front door lock access. Book your session online, show up, and the door will unlock.

How long are classes and what is the schedule?

Classes range from 15-45 minutes, with over 500+ class times daily. We're all about fitting into your schedule with quick and effective workouts to maximize your results but minimize the time needed.

Will there be staff on site?

The studio will be staffed for select hours during the day. Times are TBD.

How much are memberships?

Founder's Rates (available for the first 100 members) are $29.95 bi-weekly for unlimited fitness or $39.95 for unlimited fitness and a cold plunge. All memberships are a 3-month commitment with a one-time $99.95 enrollment fee to secure your spot. Once we open, memberships will be +$59.95 bi-weekly with a 6-month commitment.

When will you open?

We open doors on September 15th! DM us on Instagram to book your first visit for free or purchase your membership online.

What's the deal with cold plunge?

For any member who signs up for the $39.95 bi-weekly membership, you will be able to enjoy up to 1 cold plunge every day. Your plunge will be available to book during staffed hours.

I work close to another RE24, can I visit other studios?

The $29.95 membership only allows home studio access, but if you upgrade to the $39.95 option you can attend any other RE24. Please note, some studios are women only so men will not be able to access.
